On My Bookshelf

I love to read and I also like to multitask, so I have listened to a lot of these books on my iPhone as I've done other things. If you have the time and inclination, I recommend Audible. If you are a member of the Brisbane City Council Library (and perhaps this is available in other cities and countries) I highly recommend downloading the Borrow Box free app, which gives you access to thousands of audiobooks and ebooks for free.

Here are some of my most recent favourites, with hyperlinks to reviews.

The One Who Got Away by Caroline Overington
The Dry by Jane Harper
The Light Between Oceans by M.L. Steadman
The Lieutenant by Kate Grenville
Truly Madly Guilty by Liane Moriarty
Adnan's Story by Rabia Chaudry
Columbine by Dave Cullen
A Mother's Reckoning by Sue Klebold (the mother of one of the two shooters at Columbine)
Natural Causes by James Oswald (the first in the series of Inspector McLean novels)
The Book of Souls by James Oswald (the second in the series, above)
The Shepherd's Life: A Tale of the Lake District by James Rebanks
Reckoning: A Memoir by Magda Szubanski
